RocketReader Returns Policy

RocketReader provides a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. If you are not satisfied with the RocketReader software send an email to returns@rocketreader.com. We would be appreciative if you could let us know the reason for your return. In the email you must state that you have deleted all copies of the software from your computers(s). If you have received a CD version you must send the CD back to RocketReader

Returns, 1133 Broadway, Suite 706, New York, NY 10010, USA. We will process the return as a credit on your credit card; please do not contact your bank for a chargeback in the event of a refund request.
